Meeting objectives:

This meeting is to suggest a proposal to increase the college capacity. We will discuss the aspects of change. We will give the reasons why they must change. There are a lot of difficulties during the change and we will discuss that. We will give our recommendations on the college capacity. After that we will look at the time table for this change.

Meeting Reflection:

The meeting was held at the Abu Dhabi Men's College in Abu Dhabi on 18th  Dec, 2012 at 3:00 pm to 3:26. We discussed about improving the college and I was the participant who was responsible to ask, hear and give any suggestions. Also I exchanged proposals with my team. We discussed many things that will help to improve the college. For example, we talked about the capacity and we found solutions. Also we discussed if it is possible to have another branch outside Abu Dhabi Island. Then the observer Hedley said if we have another branch outside Abu Dhabi there will be no students at this college. We said that students who are close to the college in Abu Dhabi will not go to the other branch, but they will stay in this college. And students from outside Abu Dhabi Island are the ones who will move to an outside Abu Dhabi College. In my opinion, the meeting overall was very useful because we talked about our opinions and we had different ideas. I liked the way the team discussed the information and respected the views of others. Finally, we got some solutions on how to solve this problem.
